Over a decade ago, during my first Yoga teacher training, I had a life changing ‘Ah Ha!’ moment when I realized, living halfway across the world, I was still struggling with depression and anxiety. The only common denominator was ME!
From my personal healing process and from the hundreds of people I’ve worked with over the past decade, I looked at what the key parts were that I used to help people to heal and thrive, find empowerment, and rest more in contentment with their lives.
