Warrior Yoga

Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30pm, at Eagle Climbing and Fitness...

In climbing the mental state is highly important. Yoga is traditionally the practice of controlling the fluctuations of the mind. This class will focus not only on building strength and flexibility in the body for climbing, but also focus on mental training techniques that include mindful awareness and breath work. Come find your inner warrior!

PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION CLASS at Laughing Buddha Community Acupuncture in Eagle, CO

March through May, the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month from 6-7pm.  First class is on March 13th.

Learn breath techniques to help calm and center the mind to use any time at home and to prepare for meditation.  Meditation techniques are focused on creating awareness and single-minded focus.  No experience necessary!

Restorative Yoga on Sundays at Yoga Off Broadway in Eagle, CO from 6:00-7:00pm this winter.  Check the website for the Sunday that Twyla will be teaching.

Twyla uses props to hold poses on the floor to facilitate relaxation, letting go and receiving.  She also brings in a couple of essential essences from Wisdom of the Earth to add to this wonderful experience.  An amazing way to end the weekend.
