A surge of overwhelm rises up and you feel tears welling up. Your mind starts to scream, “I can’t handle this!”
In the past, you would push through. This would leave you depleted with a short fuse and you’d collapse into bed feeling regret for snapping at your co-workers, child, and partner. Then your mind would start ruminating. Another restless night of sleep!
But two months ago, you finally prioritized your needs and signed up for a meditation course. (Something you’d been thinking about for several years). And your reactions had changed!
Because of your daily practice, you were able to observe this overwhelming reaction, stop and take some time for yourself. You’ve learned that slowing down and pausing helps your mind move out of overwhelm and back to rationally thinking again.
You realized what you needed to do (and not do) to move forward from a calmer place into your evening. This allowed you to be present with the activities you chose to do and had a wonderful dinner with your child and partner. The Schedule
This course builds the foundation for a regular meditation practice for the rest of your life!
* Starting November 1st, you will receive the first teaching module and practice videos.
* From there, each day you will receive a daily practice video.
* Each week, Twyla will host a 60-minute, live Q&A session for you to jump on and ask her questions. The dates and times for these sessions are 7pm MST on November 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th. These will be done over Zoom.
* Each week, you will receive another teaching module and that day’s practice video. The 5th teaching module is the last video you will receive to sum up the most important points of the course.
* The private Facebook Group is where you can ask questions and interact with Twyla as much as needed during the course and beyond.

There are no refunds after you begin the first module of the course.
Liability Waiver
I am participating in classes or services during which I will receive information and instruction about meditation and breathing techniques.. I recognize that I may also choose to do physical movement, such as sitting, standing and walking meditation. I represent and warrant that I have no physical or mental health condition that would prevent my safe participation in meditation classes.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the meditation classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the 4-week, online meditation course – Learn to Meditate.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the meditation classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against representative of Samya Yoga Healing, LLC or the teacher, Twyla Gingrich, for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the 4-week, online meditation course – Learn to Meditate – with Samya Yoga Healing.
